Kirsi Kivivirta（キルシ・キヴィヴィルタ）は1959年フィンランドのトゥルク市に生まれた女性セラミックアーティスト。1985年にヘルシンキ芸術デザイン大学修士課程を卒業後、同大学での教壇に立ちつつも自らのスタジオを通じた作品発表を行っています。彼女が主に扱うのがタイルやレンガといった一般的に建築用に用いられるセラミック素材。ミニマルでありながら抽象的、産業的でありながら芸術的、必然でありながら偶然性を感じる彼女の作品はあらゆる事象の境界を絶妙なバランスの上で表現しています。
